Hapster has its roots in TWI and adapts the method to today’s challenges.
The Hapster story
From TWI to AI
Hapster has its roots in the TWI (Training Within Industry) method, developed in 1942 to effectively transfer industrial know-how in wartime.
We adapted this method to modern industrial challenges, then developed it into a standalone digital solution enhanced by AI.
Incubated within Safran, Hapster became an independent start-up in 2024, dedicated to capturing and transferring industrial know-how.
