A trusted third party since 1982, the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes (APP) helps digital players protect their innovations and intellectual property. Depositing software, source code and digital creations with APP gives them a certified date and secure evidential archiving. APP also offers escrow, which governs a client’s conditional access to source code, as well as intellectual property audits and eIDAS-qualified timestamping. It counts 18,000 members and 200,000 deposits.
