Founded in 2018, GIFEN, the French Nuclear Energy Industry Association, is the professional body representing the entire French nuclear sector. It brings together more than 600 companies: nuclear facility operators, major groups, mid-sized companies, SMEs, micro-enterprises, professional organizations and associations. GIFEN represents the sector, strengthens its industrial performance and skills, and steers collective R&D and innovation work. Every two years in Paris, it organizes the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE), the international meeting place for the civil nuclear industry.
